অধিকন্তু, ই-জিপি সিস্টেম পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট প্রক্রিয়া পরিচালনার জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় সময় এবং খরচ উল্লেখযোগ্যভাবে হ্রাস করেছে। এটি বিড জমা, মূল্যায়ন এবং পুরস্কার সহ ক্রয় প্রক্রিয়ার বিভিন্ন ধাপ স্বয়ংক্রিয়ভাবে অর্জন করা হয়েছে। ম্যানুয়াল হস্তক্ষেপ হ্রাস করে, সিস্টেমটি শারীরিক নথির প্রয়োজনীয়তা দূর করেছে, যা ত্রুটি এবং জালিয়াতির ঝুঁকি কমাতেও সাহায্য করেছে।

বাংলাদেশে পাবলিক প্রকিউরমেন্ট আধুনিকীকরণে অবদানের জন্য ই-জিপি সিস্টেম ব্যাপক স্বীকৃতি পেয়েছে। 2016 সালে, সিস্টেমটিকে "জনসেবা প্রদানের উন্নতি" বিভাগে জাতিসংঘের পাবলিক সার্ভিস অ্যাওয়ার্ড প্রদান করা হয়েছিল। এই স্বীকৃতি সরকারী ক্রয় প্রক্রিয়ায় স্বচ্ছতা, দক্ষতা এবং ন্যায্যতা বাড়ানোর লক্ষ্য অর্জনে সিস্টেমের সাফল্যের প্রমাণ।
